great customer service . host took my big luggage to and from the room. conservative husband and wife run the place and live there. they are always working around the hotel. nice parking. the first hotel that I had in Europe provided q tips and cotton rounds. it has beautiful wooded paneled sauna ( 20 euro for 2 hours) but I did not get chance to enjoy! i saw the healthy breakfast in the dining room ( need to pay extra). my work place provided meal so I did mot try. hostess even made reservations for me and 8 guests in a nice restaurant in town for dinner within 24 hours. we were able to enjoy the time from 6 to 10 pm on my last night
