We traveled with small kids and this place was a perfect stop on the way. Great location by the highway. Friendly staff, they added a charm to the place which we really did not expect as the location is not very charming and they were very patient with our kids. We loved the breakfast! We booked a large family room (for two adults and a 3 and 4 yo), and they gave us two regular rooms but with a door in between. This solution turned out great as we, the adults, could hang out once the kids were asleep. No restaurant at the hotel, but a Burger King a five minute walk away that had both an outdoor slide and an indoor kids corner (mainly drawing and basic games on screens, not a playground).

This hotel is quietly located in the scenic Amelsbüren district, a 10-minute drive south of Münster city center. The surrounding Münsterland countryside is ideal for cycling and hiking.
