Xavi and his nephew really make you feel like home! The atmosphere at Pigal is very relaxed and peaceful. I ve stayed for 4 nights (second time at pigal) and enjoyed the whole time. The room is simple but very comfortable and clean - I ve had all i wished for!

The warm and friendly nature of the owner and staff made this an exceptionally pleasurable trip. The homemade cooking is fantastic and very reasonably priced - we ate here every night and are looking forward to going back in October where hopefully it will be warmer and we can enjoy eating in the very quiet and peaceful outdoor seating area. The hotel is well placed for the old town and its a very quiet area so you need to decide on either the quite and authentic Catalan/Spanish experience or being closer to the beach and all that is associated with that.

Very calm place, big rooms, nice decoration, full of amenities and details, comfy beds, big smart TV. One of the best breakfast I have had, not in quantity but in quality of the products. The restaurant is recommended by Michelin, and we had a really nice degustation menu. Good location, close to Salou and Port Aventura, Tarragona, Reus, etc, but in the countryside, quite close to the highway.
