We arrived later on, after the staff had left, but i received several calls and messages to clearly explain how to gain access. We were offered breakfast but did not require.

Good value and a good location. Not the height of luxury but that's reflected in the price. Dinner was good - nice, lively restaurant and very good staff. Great view over the estuary. Very well situated for walking around the town and along the promenade.
