What might not look like much, when you walk into the bar to check-In, turned out as the perfect rind! Very clean and good sized room, good bed and nice bathroom. Very down to earth and nice host. We did the dinner&breakfast deal which was absolutley worth it. I had the vegetable tart for dinner and French Toast with fruit for breakfast and both were delightful. There is a busstop and a trainstation and a supermarket just around the corner (we are travelling by hiking and public Transportation)

A wee hidden gem the pod was perfect and the location also. We had a great stay nice and peaceful. The added bonus was catching the sunrise in the morning and an awesome starry night. Not a bad part to mention.

Cumnock is centrally located and can travel to Ayr or Kilmarnock or to Glasgow and further north. There's not many shops but what is there is varied. The people make it what it is ,always ready to answer questions and lend a hand when needed.

Cumnock is a small town with limited amenities. There are a few bars and a supermarket. There is also a Outlet store not far away which is worth a look. An hour by bus to Ayr . Locals were very friendly ( as always seems the case in Scotland)

The hotel was excellent value, had friendly welcome from receptionist, parked in their private car park, felt very comfortable as single female staying there one night. Breakfast was perfect and served in good time.
this location was very nice, you can tell a lot of effort went into the renovation of this place. staff were also very friendly and helpful when needed! Food was really nice and as I’m eating a more plant based diet, their Vegan options were also very nice! my fiancé was very satisfied with their meat options as well! and as someone who’s been sticking to a workout routine, there was a gym not even 5 mins walk from the hotel so that was perfect. our room was very roomy and had a nice view out into the town.
The restaurant was tastefully modernized and the food was truly much better than expected; we could see why it is popular with the locals as well! We appreciated the very friendly food service. Our room was modest, but extremely comfortable with a newly remodeled and very clean bathroom. It was the best night's sleep we had!
Beautiful hotel Lovely Food Fantastic Staff ...But if only we had known there was so many stairs!! We are both almost 70 yes old One with really bad eyesight. If we were younger or had a lower room would definitely come back x Thanks for a lovely visit anyway
The friendly staff! I was on a work trip and the lady at the desk was so lovely and had the chef make me a packed lunch since I was up to leave for work too early to have breakfast. the hotel was also very cosy and comfortable and restaurant food was great.
Fab customer service from Roni, the room was comfortable and clean.Great breakfast we also had two meals at the hotel we had the Father's day menu with my family it was lovely everyone enjoyed it will stay there again in the future.
It was nice to see that they were open again this year and had survived the pandemic. Staff were warm and welcoming and the room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good and nice to see a Scottish Breakfast on the menu.
When the hotel finally accepted responsibility for the error, they offered an upgrade to the Honeymoon suite which was appreciated but I still couldn;t have a shower. The evening meal & breakfast were both good.
Good location in Cumnock.I was in the area vusiting Dumfries House which is close by.
Hotel was clean and comfortable.
