Our stay was excellent. The breakfast selection was excellent. Free WiFi & it's speed excellent. Cleanliness excellent.
Only disappointment was getting the upgraded room for a discounted price of £13/night extra but the upgraded room seemed a bit smaller than expected. Was expecting a bigger room but none the less, the room was mainly used for sleeping as we were away most of the day.

This was a pretty good location, a couple minute walk from Princes Street. The stay was clean and comfortable, and the host pointed out several attractions nearby when we checked in. Reasonable continental breakfast. Strangely, my husband and I found the room almost too quiet! Turning on the air handler the second night helped. It was fairly spacious and a good price. I would stay there again.

Our rooms were superb. We loved the turret area in the bedrooms, it had a table and chairs with views out over the city centre etc. The location is perfect as city centre.
