A very rural setting bt good access to local features , in particular Fountains Abbey, the Water Gardens and Deer Park The Lime Tree Inn is a friendly well appointed establishment and the food was simply excellent.

All totally fabulous, food was wonderful, the most delicious artisan ingredients. The setting is rural and calm with perfect English country views. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff who were totally focused on making sure out stay was perfect- and it was!

The hotel and the environment was beautiful.
The hotel and the environment was beautiful. The chef made his own bread and butter which was lovely. We went to Knaresborough which is a beautiful place to visit and to go walking. You could spend a day on the river boating, and there were plenty of eating places. We had tea and cake at the Lavender tea rooms, which was lovely. Friendly staff as well. We spent a day in York which is always beautiful. I would recommend Delrios Italian restaurant in York.JoUnited Kingdom
