Ripponden is a very special place to me, my Dad grew up here...
Ripponden is a very special place to me, my Dad grew up here, some years ago. Now we no longer have Dad it's great to come 'home' for a bit and visit this most beautiful spot. Heating system wasn't by thermostat. Bathroom wasn't very well-decorated. The room was quite noisy, No indication of wifi codes. Lovely location, probably a great location. But strangely no cereal or toast at breakfast?

Lovely little find.

I stayed in Ripponden for a wedding, just right for the stag...
I stayed in Ripponden for a wedding, just right for the stag. A convenience co-op for shopping. I didn't venture around too much but it looks a quirky little village with plenty of nice walks to go on.

The hosts were so friendly and made us feel so welcome! The breakfast was scrumptious, and he couldn’t do enough for us. I would definitely recommend this place even if for one night like us.
