We are very happy with our stay at Anna's house. The hosts are very kind and responsive. The place is super cozy and nice, has everything you need for a nice stay, even board games for the kids. Large terrace with a beautiful sea view, located on a quiet street. Perfect place to relax!

The apartment was lovely! Big wardrobes where you can put all your luggage and swimming/ beach gear. TWO Air Conditioners in both bedroom and living area + big sofas (for when your wife doesn't feel like sleeping with an air con on and you are boiling haha) Quiet neighborhood and lots of parking spaces. We had everything that we needed during our stay - fully equipped kitchen, beautiful view from our big balcony and excellent location (most of the beaches were 5-8 mins away with a car).

Cute little seaside town. English and bulgarian widely spoken. Not a party town and good for families. Beach sand not generally suitable for sandcastles because the particles are too large but it gets in less places and brushes off easily. Beaches generally shallow and good for small kids. Small waves most of the time unless the wind is in the wrong direction

It is a small seaside village. Unfortunately during my stay it was rainy so I could not explore the area and facilities much. It is not noisy, may be because the season had not started yet. Nea Peramos – not overcrowded, yet plenty to do. The nearby Ammolofi Beach with its plenty beach bars (Blue Beach Bar was my favorite) is great for social experience and there are also lots of small, more quiet beaches if you seek to rest.

The loft was spotless, cosy, comfortable bed, 2 minutes from the centre, 15 min by car from the best beaches, with all amenities you might need.. even tho they do not provide everyday cleaning (we chose an apartment, not a hotel :)), Zaf offered to send us housekeeping if we needed such, couple of times even. Apartment was big, very clean and tidy. We have had everything what we was needed for family with 11 months baby. Beach was just cross the street - 100 meters from the hotel. Shops, pharmacy, restaurants and centre with the pedestrianized coastal central street - all are very close. I provide this hotel and hosts with two hands :)

It's close to the beach, and 5 minutes away from Nea Peramos by car. The kitchen has utensils. It has a Moka coffee maker, oven, and a dishwasher. Has a barbecue with everything needed. The windows have a mosquito net. AC and if you don't like that you can always turn on the fan!
