The room was well proportioned and new. The bed was large and comfortable and the shower was great. On leaving the hotel we were given a small bottle of balsamic vinegar which was a nice touch.
Hotel Donatello is situated in the area of Modena, 2 km from the historic centre.

Wonderful place to stay. Quiet area. Staff were great. Breakfast was good. The room was spacious and so was the bathroom. Easy to get to from train station (1 bus ride). Nothing bad to say about the place. The young lady upon arrival very nice and helpful!!

Hey there, I'd like to share my feedback regarding the property. After considering the services provided, I believe it would be more appropriate to rate it as a 3-star property instead of 4 stars.
Best regards.

The location was great, very close to train station and the city center. The room was clean, big and nice, with views to a little church. The treatment from the people at the reception was exceptionnal, specially from Igor the day upon our arrival who took his time to give us some informations about Modena and activities we could do shaped to our interests.

The infrastructure is good: huge rooms, huge bathrooms, huge parking space (and Tesla superchargers!) but obviously you're in the middle of nowhere and the outlook of our room ws a DHL warehouse. Wish is ok when you are just on transit in the area, but I wouldn't stay here more then one night.
The room was a great size and we had a very big balcony! The bathroom and shower were big for a European hotel. The staff was very pleasant when we checked in. We picked this hotel based off the proximity to the RCF arena. This hotel was great for that because it is only a 20 minute drive to the arena. There is not a lot of options around for food but there is a restaurant inside the hotel. The breakfast buffet was also very nice.
We booked two rooms, both same price and same type but we were given two sperate rooms under the pretense that we didnt pay for the same rooms. both rooms were on different levels. The top floor room didnt have hot water and the flow was very slow. No AC or fans, almots couldnt breathe ...luckily we could open the windows.
The bottom room was ok, spacious and nice beds.
There is free parking at the site and outside of the hotel.
It is a nice hotel for a night or two. Don't expect anything fancy and modern, but for the price its quite ok. Clean and spacious rooms, nice staff, free parking, near the autostrada and close to all the things worth visiting in the area.
Relation of price - performance was excellent. Also the fact that the hotel is a bit outside made it easier for us to reach it (we just had a one-night-stop there on our way home). Breakfast was very good, staff excellent. No complaints.
Comfortable and clean hotel with large rooms, comfortable beds, a nice shower and good breakfast. There are ample parking spots and Tesla Superchargers at the location.
There was ample free parking available. The breakfast was great. Rooms were spacious and clean. Overall hotel is nicely renovated and decent facilities.
