A fab weeks break. Glorious location. A small (30 bed) dog friendly hotel perched on a hill overlooking beautiful countryside, on the outskirts of an historic hamlet (Germanno) with winding lanes, hills, farmland, olive groves and onto the sea. Easy to find, super facilities, great breakfast, nice linens and towels and nothing was too much trouble. Supper available if you want and even light lunches. Pool was great - just us in it (Sept). Hiking nearby, lots to see and do in the vicinity from Urbino a drive away, San Marino, to caves nearby as well as some markets in adjacent villages. We had a great time and thank you Arianna it was lovely to meet you and your super helpful team. (Next time maybe a car with a bigger engine for the hills!!!)

Fab location on a hill with great views. Smashing breakfast and lovely host. As the restaurant was closed, she directwd us to a local food festival in Fratte, which we went to, and really enjoyed.

Very spacious accommodation, communicative and friendly hosts (in Italian). All of the basics requirements were met. Breakfast was rather symbolic. One of the toilets would not flush, but the hosts quickly solved the problem (at night!)

The hotel is part of an old castle, which gives a unique experience ! The small village is very picturesque, with 2 restaurants and cafes. Very nice views and calmness. The staff were very professional with good English. The breakfast was also good. Comfortable bed, we had a very nice sleep. Excellent value for money.

The apartments are very clean, stylish and have everything you need. There is a beautiful view from the site. Alejandro is very pleasant and friendly. We had a delicious cake on the table in our room, an opportunity to make nice coffee, water in the fridge, etc.
