1. I think the outstanding factor with the hotel was the cleanliness that was provided by the staff. Rooms got cleaned up and freshen up everyday.
2. The boat taxi service for the island is basically in front of the hotel. So the location is pretty good.
3. You are at about 500m from the main beach (close to Hotel Pardise) and 800m distance to Kalura beach, which I recommand to visit at least once, and stay there for the sunset. Another great beach is Torre Chianca. It's a small remote beach located at 2.1km from Grecale.
4. Food at the Grecale Restaurant is great and also the view is incredible.
5. You have access to supermercado in less than 250m.

Only a short stroll away from beaches and nightlife, nevertheless quiet for a good night sleep.
I got a room with Seaview and balcony, which I really appreciated a lot.

Nice beaches, plenty of fast food vendors, or dine-in restaurants if you prefer. Beaches were very clean, and locals very helpful. Prices were very reasonable too, with local shops providing local produce. For a real treat, try Cosimino Restaurant on Via Cosimo Albano; you can book a table overlooking the sea - its great food, and a fabulous atmosphere.
It was not a noisy resort, in fact, we thought it was quiet, however, on weekends there was live music after dark.
If you are planning a stay, Porto Cesareo is the perfect place to unwind and capture some Italian sunshine.

We stayed Agriculture B&B Casa Liliana and it was a very lovely place to relax with fantastic owners Lorenzo and Liliana. A great breakfast and a very nice service to compensate the lack of dinner facilities because of low season.👍👍

We didn't really visit the town as we were on our way to Taranto. The owner told us that it is a summer holiday resort and that the season had not started yet, so nothing really to see or do. We are only end of March.

The city after season is empty and quiet. Walking beach promenada to the center of the small town is nice. Restaurants offer is very good. Who likes pizza can get one in self service restaurant - but don't worry - the taste was extra!

To get to the nearest beach from the hotel takes 20-35 min.
To get to the nearest beach from the hotel takes 20-35 min. Parking is expensive and we got a ticket for 30 euros just to unload the car. Hard to find the hotels as most of the people are tourists and signs are not visible. The hotel is centrally located with beautiful view, but you can’t swim as the view is a port and you have to drive to the nearest beach. Plenty of places to eat with variety of different menus. We enjoyed our stay but next time will stay at Gallipulli.
Everything was lovely. Good location. Very nice interior and clean place. They have the kindest hosts, we arrived in Lecce not knowing no public buses going to Porto Cesareo as the schedule will start in June. We called the hosts and they did not hesitate to pick us from train station. Katia was very helpful making sure we go to nice places like recommending which part of nice beaches to go and good restaurants. She even packed us snacks/pastries every time we go out.
One very nicely kept hotel, very decent internet connection in the rooms, the staff were friendly, they provided us with late night dinner on our arrival out of restaurant hours. A sufficient breakfast range: omelette, cheese, ham, pancakes, pastries etc. The private hotel beach at extra cost is just across the road and was really enjoyable- clean surroundings. The location is unremarkable but the beach is great and the staff are helpful.
From the moment we arrived we knew that this place will be something special and something we would return to. When you go to vocation you want to feel like you are taking a break and this apartment ticks all the boxes. Location, detailed interior, parking, beach umbrella a sunbeds...they have obviously though about your perfect vocation!
This property has 2 bedrooms located on 2 different floors with separate bathrooms. There is a nice kitchen area with a beautiful seaside design- you can see lots of attention to the details. You can also find anything you need for a beach - sunbeds, umbrellas. Place is located close to the beach and walking distance to nice restaurants.
The facility was beautiful. Great location to walk with our family of 5, 10 minutes down the road to the downtown port city with restaurants. The host Patricia was so helpful with finding great beaches for our kids. She even brought out toys for my youngest! We loved this hidden gem out of the way from the crowds!
We liked everything about it.
Great location, very close to the nicest beaches and in a very safe, quiet area.
New structure and extremely clean.
The hosts were very kind and generous. They let us find a lot of fresh produce in the fridge and even got some pasticciotti for us, twice!
Highly recommended.
Perfect location easy walk to beaches restaurants, bars etc. The room was spotless it looked brand new. Bed and pillows were incredible. Hosts were amazing so friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast and coffee each morning. If you are going to Porto Cesareo definitely stay here.
The place was really clean. The location was also perfect. It was near beaches and restaurants. Christian was also more than accomodating to help us with transportations and all. All in all, me and my cousin were super satisfied. Definitely going back again!
Cosy flat with a nice terrace to chill outside. Hosts were very nice and welcoming and gave good tips about restaurants and shops in the area.
It’s walking distance from a beach. You can also easily reach Punta Prosciutto and Porto Cesareo by car.
Very big terrain around, quite close to Porto Cesareo with perfect beaches :) Nice very big apartment with all needed equipment. Excellent breakfast and service. Very recommended! Best option to go there by car - nearest city is Porto Cesareo :)
Michael and Ornella are the most caring hosts. Incredible breakfast with homemade specialties! Our room was very comfortable and quiet. Bicycles are available and the beaches, shopping and restaurants are a short walk or ride.
Location Is good: not far from Punta Prosciutto, Porto Cesareo center, Gallipoli; good supermarket nearby.
Sea views from the apartment are nice; terrace is great. Having a pool is a great plus for kids after a day at the beach.
We stayed for a few days and all was just perfect! Room is comfortable and clean, staff is very helpful. Hotel also offered the parking! It is really close to the main beach. Highly recommended!
Everything was near, also the coast and the beach. There are plenty of restaurants and shops under the apartment. They were attentive, I got gluten free muffins and croissants.
The B&B is beautiful and the host is the warmest and kindest we have met on out trip in southern Italy. Don’t look any further, just book it. You will be happy you did.
The location near the beach was perfect.
It is a twenty minutes walk in to the main town. We borrowed some bikes from our landlord and that was very nice.
