The hotel is situated in a fantastic location, but unfortunately, I had a negative experience with the rooms. The absence of windows made the rooms smell musty, and the carpets were noticeably dirty. This took away from an otherwise great location.

The staff is amazingly caring from the valet, security to reception. The guest relation manager will check on you to make sure all is fine. It was a short trip, i did mot use the amenities and facilities. On the breakfast, they are attentive to see if you need anything or juice/coffee refills. I did not have the chance to try “Le petit chef”, but you should not miss the Lebanese restaurant in the evening with Oud playing singer. The food variety and small touches on every dish with exquisite fusion is a signature by itself. I was lucky to meet in person the GM Issam Ajouz so passionate and proud of every and each detail in the hotel.

I recently stayed for one night at the Kempinski Hotel in Amman and was thoroughly impressed. The lobby’s design creates a welcoming atmosphere, and the staff’s hospitality was exceptional from start to finish. The room layout was both clean and nicely arranged, contributing to a comfortable stay. The hotel’s location is excellent, surrounded by a variety of restaurants and cafes where you can enjoy the traditional local ambiance. I would like to extend a special thanks to Ms. Dorra, Ms. Bayan, and Mr. Abualwafa at the front desk for their outstanding support and helpfulness. Despite a minor misunderstanding with the payment, the entire staff handled the situation with professionalism and care. Thank you for your excellent communication and service.
