I loved the location, the scenery from the hotel, the staff were amazing, organization of all the guests and navigating the hotel with staff assistance was amazing. The breakfast was also super fresh, well presented and nothing ever ran out. It was close to the station like literally downstairs. If you didn't prefer the trains, they also had taxi go and the local bus to use.

I spent only 2 nights in Nagasaki and wish I'd had more time. It is a big city with much to see and do. Our ferry to the coal island was cancelled do to windy weather and we were called and refunded which was nice. We spend a lot of time at the museum and found it very interesting. We went to the port, where we saw the Queen Elizabeth boarding and had lunch at a nice Chinese restaurant very close on the 5th floor - very popular! There is a street for shopping for souvenirs very close too!
Nagasaki has much more than I saw and wish I can go again!

Nagasaki is a city full of history and charm.
Nagasaki is a city full of history and charm. I love the scenic view of Nagasaki port. People here are very warm and friendly, and it's a city full of nostalgic vibe. Besides that, Nagasaki Prefectural Art Museum has very modern and minimalistic architecture style. I like Champon a lot and have it almost everyday during my stay in Nagasaki.

A beautiful city which has unique history of being exposed to other countries, i.e. China, Netherlands, Portugal / Spain, England while the rest of the country was closed. It is also an important witness and victim of the A-bomb.
Don't forget to enjoy the view from Inasa yama.
Also, it offers various food options - shippoku-ryori can be eaten approximately 4000 per person if it is lunch.
We did not get to go to islands and Shimabara etc this time as well as House tembos....
It is a little hard to access by shinkansen now, but it was worth a visit.

The Night View is one of the best I've ever seen (second only to Hong Kong). We went up on the Rope Way, then discovered there was a Slope Car ascent as well--great for a return trip. The Dejima Wharf was a fantastic place to walk. The food in the restaurants around the city was wonderful. The trolley was fun, too.
A faultless hotel. I would give it 11 out of 10 if it was possible. Breakfast was fantastic and had great attention to detail in the presentation of the food. Room was exceptional and the decor had bespoke furnishings The staff were unbelievably helpful. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bathroom had every possible luxury. The hotel was two minutes from the Peace park and 2 minutes from the tram line which could get you anywhere in Nagasaki. The best hotel I have stayed at in many years.
For a Japanese hotel this has vast rooms, which are well appointed (although a little old fashioned). The bed was exceptionally comfortable and had a double sided pillow with a firmer Japanese style side and a soft we western style side so I slept very well. They views from the breakfast room on the top floor are stunning and give a good view of Nagasaki. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and the lobby has very comfortable seating and some wonderful art works.
This hotel is a little out of the way, but really worth it for the view. It's relaxing to see Nagasaki from above at different times of day. The staff were so friendly and always smiling and greeting guests, even giving us big waves as the station shuttle departed. I recommend taking advantage of the shuttle bus because while the city bus gets near the hotel, it's a steep mountain and the remaining walk is quite intense. The included breakfast was high quality.
I like the room very much. It's really clean and comfortable. The location is also really good. Just 2 min walk from Nagasaki Bus Station. And also, it's very reasonable compared to "business hotel". There's a range of basic kitchen utensils too like cups, spoons, plates etc. There's also a washing machine downstairs.
Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay here and will definitely come back again!
I checked in early and the hotel had to hold my bags but when I showed up later to get my keys they had already delivered my luggage to my room and I really appreciated that. The breakfast was amazing! There were a lot of great options. The tram stop was right outside the front door and there was a door connecting the Family Mart to the hotel.
Lovely sleepy village just out of Nagasaki. The rooms were beautiful and the futons very comfortable. Lots of amenities provided and the shared showers were private it didn't feel like a shared bathroom. The bikes were handy to have available to make the short trip to a wonderful Nigiri dinner. Was the best stay of our trip.
The hotel has a prime location to see the beautiful Nagasaki night lights. We were actually given a free room upgrade because of my name. The shuttle service to and from Nagasaki Station is much appreciated. The rooms are larger then most hotels in Japan, in fact the rooms resemble western style Hotels.
The staff was very helpful and teach us how to take the bus/train to China Town and those places and Restaurant that we plan to go.
We also can find quite a number of Restaurant nearby the Hotel.

Amazing hotel that is super close to Nagasaki Station. Only stayed 2 nights but they were great. A nice addition to the hotel offerings was the complimentary onsen, ice blocks, massage chairs and laundry services. Also the late night complimentary noodle service topped off a great stay!
Location is really close to Nagasaki station, really easy to find. Room is quite small but clean & comfy. The amenities was the best, we can take by ourselves at the lobby. Breakfast has various option and taste good. They give me early check in without any charge 👍
Relaxed but luxe feel to this hotel, with incredible views over Nagasaki and super helpful staff. I loved walking up through the winding streets, steep but enjoyable (or there is a courtesy bus!). Breakfast choice was excellent. Room was really big and well equipped.
Room size is good and comes with TV. WiFi is stable. Washroom & changing area are spacious. Comes with lotion & makeup remover. Price is charged only when you arrived the hotel. Hope I have it in my city for long term stay.
Very nice hotel. Clean, extremely quiet, great location right in the heart of Chinatown. You can walk everywhere or hop on the tram. Multiple laundry machines and nice sento with indoor and outside tubs. Good breakfast.
Great location, easy tram ride from Nagasaki Station, or bus drive from the airport. The neighborhood is great too. Breakfast is basic but does the job.
