- no conditioner in the room - and it is a normal to this hotel. But the temperature in the day time goes to 38 degrees and it is not yet summer time. It was so hot in the room - no place where in the day time we can had a rest out of this warm climate. I even got a heatstroke and a fewer because of this. - the toilet was not warming - the stuff were very unpleasant to us

The Emeraude camp and staff far exceeded my expectations. We had read several quite negative reviews, but had none of the issues mentioned by others. Instead, the staff were always incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure our family was comfortable. For example, they allowed us to start our dinners a little early since we were there with our four year old. The meals were delicious and good value. The setting is beautiful. It was magical to watch the lighting change across the desert as the sun sunk lower and lower. The pool was a great place to relax and we enjoyed our camel ride as well. Our tent was spacious and comfortable and we were able to get hot water in the showers during certain parts of the day. The staff were helpful with organizing transfers to and from the facility. The stay was on the pricey side for us, but all in all I found it to be good value.

Great atmosphere and welcome in the family run villa. The property has a large garden around the swimming pool with enough shade to shelter (yourself & kids) when the sun becomes unbearable. We really enjoyed the variety and taste of the home made food.
