Located right at the mouth of Wadi Tiwi, you couldn't get much closer. Made for an excellent starting point in the morning. The complex is beautifully arranged as a garden and the room was nice. There was a lack of water pressure, but that could be seasonal. The pool looked very inviting and I would have partaken if I had stayed longer. The staff were very helpful when I had a payment issue (cash only and there are no ATMs in town). I would recommend.

Our entire stay was very comfortable and the staff especially Farhan who tended to our every need and even went above and beyond to make it such a memorable experience! The property itself is managed very well and very clean. The design of the rooms and the inn overall is very authentic with a pool that is beautiful. The staff was welcoming and responsive on WhatsApp. The staff is also very courteous. The place is close to Wadi Shab and Bimmah sinkhole. There’s steps to go all the way down to the water where you can sit and watch the waves and turtles. The room itself is spacious. The water pressure is very good and the water temperature gets really hot, the way I like it. There is a common area where you can cook, if you feel like cooking food yourself.
The Wadis are amazing!!! Hiking into Wadi Shab is absolutely beautiful and then you get to the Wadi and swim your way through more spectacular scenery and a cave. You need to be physically fit to complete the hike in (approximately 45 minutes). The swimming is less rigorous however if you are a non-swimmer or a weak swimmer you can get a life jacket at the start (of the hike). It is well worth it as the cave is a real treat! Tiwi is wonderful as is all of Oman. So much to explore and simply stunning!
