We stayed for 2 nights at the Garni Hotel Nis City View and I loved it.
The hotel is situated into a quiet area of the city and yet it is close to the city center (20 minutes walking distance)
Upon arrival we received an upgrade to an apartment, which had a pretty view, it was spacious and clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable, the bathroom was also very clean, we had hot water at any hour of the day.
The personnel was friendly and nice, and I've noticed that hospitality is a common trait for Serbians.
It was our first time in Serbia, but we reached the hotel by using Google Maps without any problem. They have a big parking with enough parking spots for everyone.
We didn't have any meal there, so I can't make any comment on that.
All in all, it was a pleasant experience and if we ever return to Nis, we'll stay at this hotel again.

The location is very good, the place is big with large garden and parking spaces. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with AC and air purifier. They allow pets for no extra cost. Very good value for money. I would recommend for a stop if you are driving on the highway.
