The Amherst Inn is absolutely lovely. I am 6'1 so my feet hung off the bed and the shower was smaller than usual, to me. Just don't drop the soap! I felt like Snow White waiting for the dwarfs to show up to be honest. Wish there had been an open window to sing along with the birds. No complaints, it was quiet and so cute, little snack bar with a variety of goodies, books to read, a welcome book illustrating the town, restaurants, attractions, and outdoor activities. It's a very cozy little stay. Gas station across the street, dining and grocery store within walking distance as well.

The beds were comfy and the staff was nice. The location was great, and close to food and stores. The a/c and water pressure worked great! It's a good value for what you get if you just need simple accommodations.

It was the worst nightmare due to booking.com horrible system.The host didn't let us check in because he said the reservation is not showing on his system and he is full for the night

The apartment was very clean and sanitary the bed was comfortable streaming TV cooking facilities it was very nice I really enjoyed it, it had the feel of home to it, I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Virginia I would recommend it to anybody

The house, rooms and porch are gorgeous. The location is residential, with a park and a great bagel shop nearby. There are a lot of older houses under construction in the historic area of Lynchburg, including across the street, but the city seems to be planning to work on it.

Very convenient location for where I needed to go.
Situated in Lynchburg, Virginia, a city nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, the Econo Lodge offers a great location near a variety of attractions and convenient amenities.
Loved the comfortable bed and nice linens. Loved the shower and soft towels. Appreciated the snacks. My only disappointment was-no decaffeinated coffee. But I’ll bet if I had asked they would have provided it. The Manager was very friendly and accommodating. Also loved having the magazines available.
