So glad we stayed here! I was looking for lodging that was walking distance to Whitewater Ampitheater which was highly recommended and this was the place. Our back door opened to the extended patio overlooking the Guadalupe River. What a great place to be!

These condos were easy to find, plenty of parking & very peaceful. It has direct access to the guadalupe river and staff was very helpful. The room was clean and accommodated my family of 5 perfectly. Bring your own food or shop nearby. We had a great stay and plan on returning in the near future.

Really beautiful, modern house - very well equipped and comfortable. We enjoyed spending family time together in the house, playing on the fuss-ball table and cooking in the terrific kitchen, as well as enjoying the outside area. The design of the house is really excellent.

The house was cute, but the water and water pressure is nonexistent. The house could use a good deep cleaning. Dirty socks under bed, dirty towel under couch, dirt in all corners and bathrooms really need to be cleaned throughout. Concept is cute but needs to be maintained much better.
