The staff were especially hospitable and accommodating. The bed was very comfortable with good pillows. The shower had instant hot water with great pressure. The entire unit was very clean.

Staff was excellent, very friendly and professional. Unfortunately my 11 year old granddaughter discovered that the toilet was not secured to the floor properly, which lead to an extremely awkward situation for her and prevented us from using the toilet.

I like that the restaurant next door delivered but does close early. The area seemed safe to me. The room was clean and large. I will be staying there again this month. The hotel was great. Hampton Inn. There is a large truck stop (is it Loves Truck Stop? I can't remember) and a Denny's there. I remember going through and stopping to eat at the Denny's in June 2020 when I drove to see my dad in Texas. I stopped at the same location on my way back to CA in Nov 2021. I only stopped for gas and the bathroom. That's what I love about NM and Arizona. Women can stop in any gas station and go pee, because their are LARGE RESTROOM signs all over... unlike Southern California. We can't pee anywhere expect outside! Lordsburg really made me rethink NM. This property should be either shut down for a total renovation and reopened with new management or sold by Wyndom as an independent business. The location is great for IH10 travelers but in addition to it's poor condition and management, it is sadly lacking support businesses such as restaurants for those travelers.AlanUnited States of America

I left a note for the maintenance man to fix a few simple things for the next guest. We've stayed here before and probably would again. The rooms we have stayed in have both been updated. The beds are very comfortable with nice pillows. Bathrooms are nice with plenty of clean towels. Nice hot water with plenty of pressure. There is a restaurant right next door for dinner or a McDonald's down the street. There is no breakfast.
