Room was very clean.
Bed was not on the soft side which is a great thing. It didn't give me back pain.
Bathroom was very clean and tidy too.
Breakfast is good.
Location is convenient, just next to the GAMA restaurant that we booked.

As promised it was cozy. Quiet. Private. Very comfortable bed. Spacious bathroom with a skylight. Lots of light. Bedroom windows face the meadow and the ocean view. Contentment: Lying on the bed in the late afternoon light, after a good walk at Gualala Point Regional Park. The wind blows outside but you are snug.

It was our first time there so we didn’t know what to expect. But it was a very friendly environment. It was easy to get around. We admired the charm of the city/ buildings/architecture. Loved being near the ocean.
