It was clean, centrally located, easy to get in and out of. Lots of parking. Girl at front desk was super sweet and helpful. Her English wasn’t great but we figured it out.

Hotel is at the center of chinese community..
Hotel is at the center of chinese community.. Information need to communicate and also need to speak in english when they take your credit card or any payment. Also they need to explain to guest that this room is not that big as the other rooms. They need to learn how to communicate all the people in the information..if room is small The pay should be lower and the bigger room should be higher.

San Gabriel is a Chinese enclave, and they let you know it.
San Gabriel is a Chinese enclave, and they let you know it. Best to travel to Los Angeles' actual Chinatown.
If you are a native Angelino, then a store like Hawaiian Market is a great place to buy cheap exotic food, like durian fruit.
Staff is fantastic, best part of this place,
TV's are awful, like 32" mounted on the walls, waaay too small for the room l, no cable, they use antennae tv which would be fine but they get no signal, almost no channels.
WiFi is mediocre at best, in and out constantly. Don't know why they don't spend $ upgrading the internet signal.
Good location, clean and the maid staff is really good.
For the $, it's OK
Very quiet and very comfortable king bed room with both a coffee maker and a kettle (so we could make our own tea with bags we bring when traveling). Hotel includes spacious public areas and good amenities. Used room service for evening meal and found it to be quick and the food choices were reasonable given the hotel's location in China Town part of San Gabriel.
Nice big hotel. Pool, gym, bar. Lots of shops and eateries nearby. It's a bit like you're not in America, but in China. Most of the signs outside the shops are in Chinese and most of the people are from Asia. An interesting experience in any case. Good breakfast. I would like to commend Ricky the bartender. Very cool guy :)
I appreciate the friendly and helpful staff. My favorite thing is that it's right across the street from a great shopping center. My room was clean and spacious, and the bed was so comfortable! This is my second time staying at this hotel, and I'm already certain it will not be my last.
The staff was super friendly and helpful whenever I asked questions. The beds were actually comfortable to sleep in. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Unfortunately I did not get to use any of the other facilities (eg. pool, gym, etc.) so can't comment on those aspects.
This was not the best motel ever but it was a great motel for the price. The place was clean it was pretty close to shopping and food and what made my stay better than anything was the kind employees super nice super honest and Ill definitely go back.
This was a beautiful hotel! The staff was exceptional. We were a last minute, late at night check in and we ended up extending our stay an additional night because it was so comfortable and welcoming. Thank you for a great experience!
very clean room, lovely staff who were very sweet to us, $5 deposit for the key/remote, clean shower/bed, comfy pillows (stayed in a lot of hotels and they tend to be rough on my wife and i's necks)
