If you are not able to climb up stairs, please ask for a room lower down.
There were options for breakfast and dinner. Likely the most authentic food we had on our trip.
As a courtesy, please enquire before hand. There are restaurants around with one being physically next door.
The home stay is located about 25 minutes from Da Lat. A scooter can easily get there however if you need a taxi then it would be best to ask the family to assist in arranging this for you.
