The sheets were clean, I know for sure because I brought a uv to scan and clean bacteria, location was close proximity to old quarter attractions within walking distance. Room is new as well. Came with water and even fruits! Also has chips and biscuits for snacks if you need for your day tours or when youre on the road.
The breakfast for 3 days straight was amazing! Pho live station was sooo good. Omelette live station was great too!

By far though, the best part of this hotel is the staff.
Emily, the concierge went above and beyond to assist us in having the best time in Ha Noi, helping us book tickets to the football, and helping us to problem solve a few travel dilemmas we were having. We could text the hotel whatsapp throughout the day with questions like where to eat, Train Street timetables etc and we'd get a response within a minute.
Leo was also fantastic at providing essential information, helping with transport and making our stay super comfortable.
The kitchen staff were also fantastic, really attentive and friendly.
Will stay here again next time we come.

The staff went above and beyond to decorate the room for our honeymoon. We also appreciated that they packed us sandwiches and fruit since our checkout was before their breakfast time location is very central, but they have good soundproofing so you don’t hear the noises of the city, lots of shopping nearby, as well as bars about 10 minute walk away. We also really enjoyed the rooftop bar, nice view and you get 20% off during happy hour.
