There was nothing great. You could not even have a peaceful meal without merchants approaching your table trying to sell you Their merchandise. Most of the taxi drivers take the scenic route to your destination so they can charge you more and think that I do not know the area. This is the only country I have been to so far where the cars and motorcycles drive and park on the sidewalks and if you were in the way, they will hit you. Unbelievable that motorcycles have more value than people. It says my second trip, but it is changed my opinion about this CDplace at one point I thought I would buy Property here but now I don’t think I will ever come back or recommend two friends.

Firstly, I wasn’t well when friends and I stayed. E Vung out. For a vining local areas and sights by taxi. Buddha, fishing village, front beach, back beach, markets etc.
We thought It is a local beachside town with not much to offer international tourists. There are a lot of expats living there from the war. Very laid back lifestyle, general service was ok, not much English spoken. Wouldn’t go there again.

I loved the location and the beaches.
I loved the location and the beaches. Naturally the Vietnamese were very kind and helpful as always making the vacation very comfortable. I am not into the dancing and nightlife but that said there are many fine restaurants and places to meet people. Getting around was very simple as long as you knew and understood the local currency, taxi were clean and well maintained and the drivers will go out of their way to assist you if asked. It is too bad that it is such a long way from Saigon. They should put in a light rail system and make Vung Tao a prime destination.

You only need 2 days 1 night in vung tau. from ho Chi Minh only 2.5 hours per way to vung tau. Cheap and fresh seafood. Most crowded beach in Vietnam back beach. Front beach to see ship stop by. Cheap massage. Jesus mountain, whale temple, cable car, bao dai palace, lighthouse are the scenery must view in vung tau. Can buy cake before go back. Futa bus station vung tau got plenty of choices VIP limousine, VIP bus and etc. can ask and try compare few only decide. Futa limousine or bus not best choice. A bit hot weather. Seaside got monument can take photo. C.Thien Nienh is best restaurant give cheap, fresh seafood. Got many choices of convenient shop. Opposite the whale temple got seafood noodle quite nice and cheap and fresh. Take grab bike is good to go. The public open air car charge 40.000vnd per 2km. Grab bike only 18.000 to 28.000vnd. Jesus mountain stair got 910+- steps but easy to go up because stairs not big high. Can climb up Jesus inside and view panoramic of whole vung tau city. Is not as crowded like ho Chi Minh City. More relaxing with breezy wind blow.

Nice place , most of the nightlife and bars were round at front beach , back beach very quiet at night apart from hotels . Would advise getting a scooter as from back beach to front is a fair walk --loads of lovely seafood restaurants including David's Italian restaurant which we ate at many times and was amazing.
Everything, was a 10 min walk to the main part of town, room was great, upgraded to a suite, breakfast was delicious with a few things to choose from and you could either sit outside or they bought it to your room freshly cooked. They had a hotel shuttle that took you to where you wanted to go. They gave you a mobile phone so you could call the hotel and get the shuttle to pick you up. Great idea 💡. Pool was awesome and the water cold. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Best hotel we've stayed in vietnam.
The hotel was in a great location, walking distance to the beach, and alot of great eating spots very near by.
Phuong and Andrew on reception were outstanding, so friendly and welcoming. Helped if we needed anything. The room was spacious and serviced everyday, with clean towels, sheets etc. The room even had its own washing machine which was a great added bonus to be able to get heaps of washing done. Great pool up on the top deck with sun loungers. Would definitely return and recommend to others.
The Imperial Hotel never fails to impress. We've stayed at the hotel several times before and our stay this time didn't disappoint. The new garden bar with its cool tunes and impressive drink options is a fantastic addition to an already exceptional hotel. Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived until the time we left. Surely the hotel that all others in Vung Tau (and beyond) must measure themselves against. Already looking forward to our next visit!!
We were upgraded to the Wind Boutique Resort, which is beautiful and we enjoyed our stay very much. The pool area is so nice we ended up prefering it to the beach. The staff were all very friendly and ready to serve and the spa staff exstremely skillfull. The free shuttleservice around town is brilliant and we were supplied with a free phone from the hotel to call for service. They also offered a driver service from the airport at a fair price in a lovely car.
Excellent staff, good english spoken ! Good selection for breakfast - something for everyone. Lunch and Dinner has a small but good choice. Not too far from other Bars and Restaurants - about a 10 min walk. Beach access is only across the road. The pool area is nicely laid out with a bar area too.
We used the excellent Fast Ferry (2hrs) from HCM. and were picked up by the Hotel - better than the bus.
The breakfast was amazing because there are many varities of foods and drinks. Moreover, the foods are tasty and delicious.
The rooms are clean and colorful. It was comfortable and good vibes.
All the staffs in the morning and evening shifts are very friendly and very helpful.
The hotel is located close to the back beach and some good food places.
This hotel is just amazing. The breakfast is so good both western and Asian dishes. The rooms are big and well assorted. The beach on the hotel is perfect for small kids and the pools are great. We had a great time there with our family. Value for money! I will recommend Vung Tao to others instead of going to for example Phu quoc.
The owner is friendly and support for any issue in apartment. The balcony has a smart drying rack quite convenience. Specially the breakfast are good like Com Tam, Banh Uot and Pho.
The location is number one because the hotel is on the main street that we can go to the seaside for sightseeing, enjoy the local foods.
Friendly staff, comfortable space and quiet. It is the first choice to introduce to my friends at any time. All will be no problem. Since I have stayed in all five-star hotels in this area, I will definitely arrange for my business clients or family members to choose pullman directly.
The hotel room and facilities was very clean.
The proximity of the beach
Possibility to park your own vehicle
Possibility to do an early check-out (we checked out at 5.30am)
We had our own bathroom with 2 head shower (1 rain and 1 normal) + 1 robinet
One of the best hotels in Vung Tau.
It's nice and quiet.
All the staff are professional, helpful and friendly.
The ocean view room is big, clean and comfy.
The pool is nice with a good view.
Good garden restaurant and morning buffet.
Good location, good view to the see. Service is good too. The private beach is easy to get there. They also have a restaurant beside their private beach. Their foods are so excellent. Recommended hotel for your trip at Vung Tau.
The hotel in my opinion was 1st class. The pool was both indoor and outdoor and was welcomed considering the temperatures here. The location was excellent. The staff were on the ball.
Our last hotel in Vietnam before returning to the UK. Relaxing and enjoyable experience. Staff were helpful even accommodating our son's scooter whilst he visited us at the hotel.
