Spotless clean, comfortable place close to the Everglades National Park. It served us, a group of 4 people, very well for 2 nights. The arrival instructions were precise and we didn't have any problem with the check-in. The kitchen is well-equipped (fridge, pots, pans, microwave, dishwasher, small coffee pot etc.). I'd definitely stop there again if I was visiting the area. Easy to park in front of the building from the pictures. AC worked fine, WiFi as well.

Everything, place was great just 10 minutes drive top Cape Canaveral, garden was amazing on the river, rooms were nice and each had a bathroom, they had even left for us 3 bottles of wine to choose from.... if we ever go back there, we know where to stay!!!

Miami Luxury Apartments, 1 & 2 Br, Brickell Arch er en nyrenoveret lejlighed i centrum af Miami, 1,7 km fra Bayfront Park Station og 2,3 km fra Bayside Market Place. Denne lejlighed har også egen... The property was really excellent, in a super nice location, with a beautiful terrace overlooking the Brickell skyline and the harbour. It was spacious, well furnished, nicely decorated… washing machine, dryer, kitchen and household appliances fully functional and included. Free parking was also included, but we didn’t use it. Wi-fi was included and well functioning. We found the apartment clean when we arrived. Communication with the real estate agency and check-in & check-out instructions very clear and effective. Top premium place, super recommended.

The location is very quiet in beautiful surroundings on the Little Manatee River. It is close to Simmons Park and the Bahia Beach Preserve. The owner, Tammie Saxon, provided invaluable help getting me to my cottage and getting my disabled vehicle to servicing. Canoes and fishing gear are available. There's a large swimming pool area but the weather was too cool for pool activities during my stay. The manager, Lynn, made check in effortless and she had no problem extending my stay.
