The room was a little dirty, there was some dust and fluff on the floor by the bed.

The neighbourhood is very upscale and family oriented. Neighbourhood feels very safe people are also very friendly. People thank the bus driver when getting off the bus. Bus driver and service staff overall are very friendly. Oakville very much feels like a community

I was really just in and out (quick trip to see the eclipse). This was a great hotel and one where a person, couple or family could have a mini vacation, with pool, good restaurants on-site, room service, etc. It's also well appointed for conferences (and one would assume for wedding receptions). The Steakhouse would be great for 'special' evenings and the Denny's is very good (service, food, prices) for families.

Oakville is very clean, it has a lot of higher end shopping and restaurants. Well taken care of by the city pu lic works. seems to be more established and settled with long time residents and neighborhoods. Has a smaller city vibe.

Did not see much of Oakville.
Did not see much of Oakville. Was just here for a couple of hockey games. We stayed in the Monte Carlo Inn on the south side near Ford Plant. Not a pleasant location as it was in an industrial area with large decrepit undeveloped industrial property beside us and nothing within walking distance.

I was unhappy that housekeeping is not done everyday or every other day, yet I understand the logic behind this, also we traveled far and was just to be told you guys don't take cash and wouldn't return as I cash is a legal tender and not everyone owns a credit card or has one

We were at a conference during our stay so we didn't get to do much in Oakville. I used to live in Toronto and would visit Oakville frequently, especially downtown on the Lakeshore. I was amazed at all the buildings on Dundas! Next time I plan to visit downtown and some of the restaurants that I remember, if they are still there.
I arrived the hotel with my family after booking a room and the for the first time ever, I was told that my room was no longer available when I arrived to check-in. I got a refund about 3weeks after with so much unnecessary back and forth, but why would that happen in the first place after I paid for the room 2 weeks in advance.
This the first time that I would pay for a hotel in advance and arrive with my family at the hotel to check-in only to be disappointed. The room is pre-paid for, it should be available. Quite dissatisfied.
Host was nice and accommodating. Originally was told there was airport transport, but had to call an UBER. Theres a kitchen and frig for eating and cooking. There are several rooms to stay in , in the basement. He gave us an air mattress so we could sleep separate in a room with only one large bed. It was a good value for the money, we only needed a place to sleep inexpensively. Eating out in Toronto was quite expensive. It was OK for 2 nights to visit friends in Oakville. There was one bathroom and shower to share for all 3 rooms.
Great location. Free complimentary parking for guests and breakfast. Nice pool and beautiful outdoor area.
We’ve got perfect two bedroom room with kitchen, stove, microwave and big refrigerator. We didn’t find ice machine on the floor but staff were so kind to bring it to our room. Amazing service. Thank you for your hospitality. We spent unforgettable time together in your hotel.
the room was absolutely beautiful ! it was the cleanest hotel I had ever stayed in (and I’ve stayed in many). the complimentary breakfast was amazing !! they Served a different hot menu every morning (buffet style) with a homemade waffle maker ! the staff was so friendly and kind ! I will continue to stay at this hotel anytime I need a get a way ! I HIGHLY recommend!
Super basement appartement, clean and quiet. Easy to find and parking in the driveway. Beds confortable. Large fridge and oven/hob. Washing machine and dryer. Quick access to Oakville and supermarket 2 minutes away by car. Didn’t meet the owners, but communication by internet fine
I wasn't sure that I would like staying in a hotel again after not having done so for over 2 years. But I was pleasantly surprised by how nice it felt to stay at this hotel. Loved everything about it, so much that I will stay again for my next 2 meetings in Toronto.
The front desk manager was amazing! The hotel was filled with sports teams and she called guests in the morning BEFORE arrival that she thought were not affiliated with the teams and moved them all to the top floor. Great service!
The position is perfect. We were looking for a place to stay with good transport into Toronto. The Go station was 5 minutes walk away and 45 minutes into Union Station. The hotel also had good sized clean rooms and a bar.
Good hotel for when you need to stay in town for a couple nights.
There is a breakfast with waffles, toast, bagels, sausage, yogurt and juice.
Easy to get to and a lot of restaurants a short drive/uber away.
This hotel was excellently located, easy to walk to everything we wanted to see. The room was clean, spacious, and met all our needs! The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful, we hope to be back!
The bed was very comfortable; the sheets and towels were immaculate, and the location quite central with easy access to major arteries, very handy for me since it was my first time in Oakville.
It was handy for traveling around and the local town (Oakville) was very good. Breakfast was Ok. after I found that I could get Porridge in the Microwave. Everything was nice and clean.
never lived on campus before, so this was nice to experience kinda. just wish it didn’t feel like a student dorm and more of a hotel. but for what it was worth, it was worth.
