Great location with access to the Valley Metro. The hotel gave me passes to the metro to attend the Arizona Diamondbacks game at Chase Field.

We never left the resort...and why would we! Everything we possibly could have wanted was right there. We had brought along cards and various board games, snacks and water to have in our room, Of course, the company (my children) was outstanding! This is a fantastic resort that has courteous and attentive employees. The grounds are immaculate, and the villas are extraordinary. My family had an absolutely amazing time. Staying in a spotless, impeccably decorated, large villa, with enough space to play games, cook, or watch a movie (all while another person took a nap) made for the perfect little vacation. We loved the water slides and lazy river. My highest recommendation goes to the Arizona Grand Resort and Water Park!

We were entertaining grandkids so looked for activities that they would enjoy. The Arizona Boardwalk was an excellent choice. There were a lot of activities if a little expensive. The Organ Stop in Mesa was a major hit with our kids. A bicycle ride along a desert trail yielded some spotted wildlife. The kids enjoyed seeing a roadrunner and a rattle snake especially. Traffic is horrible but I was expecting worse. The water park was also a big hit. It is connected to the Hilton resort.

Phoenix is a great city. Restaurants are wonderful.
Phoenix is a great city. Restaurants are wonderful. Lots to do in the museum district with its parks, exhibitions, and friendly people. It's better staying downtown. Definitely avoid the airport area as this is not safe. Grand Canyon is wonderful but a +4 hour drive.

Downtown has been under road construction for years.
Downtown has been under road construction for years. Parking and navigation are a nightmare. There is a homeless problem. I was approached by aggressive panhandlers continually. Uncared for mentally ill people wander this area in large numbers. Parking and hotel rates are now unaffordable. Surrounding areas such as Flagstaff and Anthem are much more comfortable and safe.

We went for a baseball tournament in Tucson, but flights were cheaper to Phoenix. Airport was really busy and a little confusing. The airtram destinations to get to the rental car place were not clearly marked to pick up the rental car, but returning rental car was very easy. We enjoyed some sightseeing at the Hole in the Rock park. Very nice with awesome views! Easy "hike" - about 5-10 minutes to the top with steps. Only 10 minutes from the airport. If in town only for a little bit, it was a quick and easy, but well worth it, sight-seeing trip.
Room was comfortable size. Bathroom was nice and stocked with good quality soaps. Bed was comfortable.
Location was very good if you wanted to access the airport by walking. It is about a 5 minute walk (pulling bags) to the 44th Street station access to the Phoenix Sky Harbor Sky Train that provides free access to the airport terminals.
We dropped off our car the night before at the airport car rental, then took the Sky train back to the hotel. We had a 6 AM flight and walked back to the free Sky Train in the morning. It all worked out well.
Hotel was dirty had no working showers the sink was stopped up with roaches floating around when I went to the office the lady was very rude I said I want to make a complaint she said Milne gonna do anything about it her manager was standing around wouldn’t come to assist this was a horrible stay roaches everywhere dirty and the room stink so bad .never again and there was no free bfast this was a lie and not worth any money looks like a homeless shelter
The staff was very nice. The room was big and fairly clean, and the bed was fine. There was much variety at breakfast. The hotel has plenty of parking spots. We felt that the hotel was too expensive for what it offered, but still it was the best deal one could get in Phoenix. So, as long as one doesn't have high expectations, the hotel is good enough for a night's stay and a decent breakfast included in the room price.
The price per value is OK. If you are looking for a place a bit distant yet not too far from downtown with grocery stores around go for it. The room is NOT modern so don't expect any luxury. The breakfast is quite basic just a pot with coffee and tea, cheap buns, cupcakes, and granola. It has plenty of parking around. There are a couple of restaurants within a walking distance (~15 mins)
The Staff was AMAZING,CHARISE WAS SOOOOOOOOO AMAZING AND CARING..I LOVE THIS PLACE AND THE GIRL IN THE BAR WAS AMAZING AS WELL MY ROOM WAS ON POINT AND I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT MY ROOM I GONNA STAY AT THIS BEAUTIFUL HOTEL EVERY WEEK...THIS IS DEFINITELY MYYYYYYYYYYY FAVORITEEEEEE PLACE TO STAY WHEN IN PHOENIX ARIZONA!THANK YOU ALL FOR MAKING ME FEEL SAFE WHEN IM SLEEPING.....
We didn't expect to end up staying in Phoenix at all, after some problems with the car hire company we had to overnight it. However the staff in the hotel was just lovely, so welcoming and pleasant to deal with. They made a nightmare of a day that bit better.
The room were huge, very comfortable and clean. Would completely recommend it.
I didn't like anything the property was completely dirty and trashy and stuff everywhere my curtains in my room smell like junk trash and the staff was very argumentative if they wanted to argue with me because I wanted to let the booking agency know that I wasn't comfortable and I wanted another hotel
I loved the bed, super comfy, the shower, and the decor of the room. The room itself though, was small. The location of the hotel was perfect, almost centrally located between Glendale and Scottsdale. The pool area was great just need to drink choices that are more basic.
Excellent location for Art Museum and Footprint Center (Phoenix Suns), spacious room, clean, good WiFi, receptionist recommended parking at the street, which was 4x cheaper than. garage (thanks!). Decent included breakfast given the American standards...
Really quirky hotel. Decor was fab, lovely little touches made it very boho. Staff were lovely as well, very responsive and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable as well - so you got style and substance!
Night stay for concert, excellent option, walking distance from lost of attractions in downtown Phoenix, the decoration and facilities for the rooms and lobby, are great. Comfortable room
- Perfect location in Downtown Phoenix
- The hotel felt more like an apartment which was great
- Staff were very friendly and helpful
- Bed and couches in room were very comfortable.
For my 15-year-old daughter, who visited US for the first time the hotel itself was a real America adventure. Great atmosphere. Nice room decoration. Crazy people ( in a positive way ).
Great location for our early flight out of Phoenix. The shuttle was convenient. Our room was clean, pleasant and spacious for our family of 5. Comfy beds. Good breakfast.
Beautiful rooms! Really beautiful design that helps to elevate your experience in Phoenix. The rooms were the real shining star of this hotel (and only one for us).
Excellent value for a very decent hotel near the airport and downtown Phoenix. Our room on the second floor was very clean and quiet as well as spacious.
Like the overall cleanness of the room and location of the hotel. This hotel is my usual go-to place to stay whenever I'm in the Downtown Phoenix area.
