The hotel location and rooms are superb! The breakfast and the restaurant is located on the 11th floor with amazing view. We arrived earlier which was not a problem, because our room was already prepared. We got a room on a 49th floor instead of 28 what was booked for special request. And we decided to extend our stay one day which went super smooth! Special thanks to Salah our receptionist who was kind and helpful and he make all this thing happen! Thank you Salah for the excellent service!

The hotel was excellent, updated with great amenities. The pool is amazing and the staff were all wonderful. We travelled as a family with 2 children and it was a good hotel for families. The location was good as it was near the Burj Khalifa.
