The Indian Ocean Hotel is located just a 5-minute walk from Scarborough Beach. This 3.5 star hotel offers accommodation in the heart of the Sunset Coast. We found ourselves living in the hotel for 4 weeks whilst we looked for a place to live. The staff were amazing! They went out of their way to ensure we were as comfortable as possible, and were incredibly kind to our 5 year old daughter. They also ensured that we had one of the quiet rooms away from the noise of the concerts, etc. We can't thank them enough for the way they looked after us 😊

Excellent location. Property has everything you need for a self-catering unit. Host was quick to respond to any queries and minor problems we had. Really had a wonderful stay and will highly recommend this property.

Located within easy walking distance from cafes, restaurants & the shopping Centre. Really great cooking facilities with oil, salt, pepper & other bits to make it easy to cook there.

The property itself is much bigger than it looks from the outside. The 3 large bedrooms were perfect for our family, as was the living area and kitchen space. If there’s anything you forgot to bring with you - don’t worry - you’ll probably find it inside. The hosts have gone out of their way to make you feel welcome. Location is excellent - 5min walk to the beach and shops. I wish we had booked a longer stay. We will definitely keep this accommodation in mind for our next visit!
