The service was outstanding. Upon arrival I was provided guidelines towards keeping safe in the city. After checking in, I was shown all the rooms to verify that the room booked was best for me. On my first full day, the hotel organised a staff member to spend the day with me, show me around, and teach me the way of life in Dhaka where they just asked for a tip. A shout out has to go towards the owner and chef. The owner provides the highest degree of security and service, I have never seen such great service. The chef was always around to talk and made the stay feel like I was a guest of their home rather than just a hotel. I will come back and I highly recommend others to come.

Situated within 2.5 km of International Airport, Civic Inn in Dhaka features a fitness centre, as well as free WiFi throughout the property. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was clean and spacious, with modern amenities and a comfortable bed. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay.
