Directly across from the National Arts Centre, this non-smoking, landmark hotel is only steps from major attractions, and offers spacious accommodations with 49-inch TVs and first-class amenities in... Staff very helpful. Asked where I can buy water but was given free bottle which was a kind gesture, especially considering how dry the air was. Amenity items in room were nice too. Shower was excellent.

Located in downtown Ottawa, within 5 minutes' walk of Parliament Hill. Each guest room includes a flat-screen TV with cable channels and pay-per-view movies. Free WiFi is provided. The location is excellent for walking to all attractions. Calm relaxing feel at the hotel. Enjoyed the breakfast and dinner at Cocotte and the French atmosphere. Very spacious room and bathroom. The supply of 2 water bottles each day was good. Lovely boutique hotel.

The Hotel was fabulous and very clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful, lovely restaurant with delicious food, parking was good with elevator into Hotel from parking lot. Location was perfect for walking to all the attractions, very central. All in all a great visit to Ottawa and a great Hotel.
