Everything was just perfect. Parking was easy and free. The host was absolutely wonderful to deal with and talk to. We even had a couple of delicious German beers with him one Saturday night. The apartment is spacious and beautiful. Very nice bathroom. A very nice kitchen where we could make our own breakfast every morning and save some dining out money. The apartment is very easy to get to. There is an ice cream machine on property which is always needed in the summer and all year for some of us. I can't wait to come back some day. And the Koblenz area on the Rhine River is a must see destination area when visiting Germany. There are so many castles to visit. The area's wine is great. The Moselle River is also great to explore and drive along and see many beautiful towns. There is also a wash machine in the bathroom that can be used. This worked great for us as this was the halfway point for our 35 day European Road Trip in our BMW M8 Convertible, The Ultimate Driving Machine!!!! I LOVE German cars!!!

Set in Koblenz, the recently renovated Am Eichhof offers accommodation 3.5 km from Electoral Palace, Koblenz and 3.7 km from Koblenz Theatre. The accomodation was self-catering. There were comfortable beds and plenty of space. The view of the old fort, straight out all the bedroom and livingroom windows, was spectacular. Host was friendly and helpful. There were several outdoor areas to enjoy our leisure in, and a large roofed sunroom. VERY PLEASANT.
