Upon booking no assurance was given for an early check in but arriving to the property we managed to get in 2hours before the said time. The food was all cooked fresh, free refreshments at the common room and even have a gathering at some nights in the hotel. Over all it was a good experience and wouldn’t definitely come back.

The staff is kind and accommodating, the rooms are spacious and comfortable as well as fairly quiet. The location is just a short walk from Cardiff Bay with many restaurants, cafes and supermarkets nearby. There’s literally nothing to complain about!

Future Inn Cardiff Bay este un hotel modern, situat la 400 de metri de Wales Millennium Centre. The location was great and plenty of free parking. Room was clean and spacious. The staff were helpful. We were able to use the laundry facilities with ease.
