The staff is amazing, incredibly sweet, attentive, helpful, and the location in Sloane Square couldn't be better. The neighborhood is safe with plenty to do, the on-site restaurant is fantastic, and the hotel's interior design is very chic, complete with high-tech room details and unique snack additions. Every detail is taken care of and the people who are working here are truly exceptional. Our room was spacious, well designed and nothing was missing. The bathroom included a bathtub and separate shower. Everything looked completely new and more than clean. We had a great view and it was totally quiet - even during the day. Besides, I can highly recommend the a la carte breakfast, the bar and the Javanese restaurant in the hotel - you'll be surprised!
