The hotel is very nice, the room and the bathroom are spacious and clean with nice decoration details and objects that make all the difference. The staff is very helpful and kind, the breakfast/dinner area is very nice as well. The hotel is pet friendly so I saw cute dogs, it is surrounded by a nice park if you want to walk around and the underground is not far away. I highly recommend this hotel and will surely book again there if needed.

Very close to the metro station, clean and quiet, comfortable beds, well organized self check-in, very friendly staff. Very good price. This is a superb house to stay in London, close to Clapham Common. The house has a beautiful master bedroom and two cosy, plainer small ones. The lounge is lovely, with a beautiful view. You can even hear the birds. Communicating with the owner was easy and smooth. She was always kind and helpful when we were puzzled with some things. There were a number of house rules but they were all sensible and they were explained in detail.

Easily accessible down a one-way road so no need to stress about oncoming traffic whilst parking in the secluded space outside the property (behind the lockable gate) All amenities were clean and provided to a high standard. We enjoyed having access to our own kitchenette in order to make tea/coffee and whilst we didn't use the hob and oven it was all in working order.
