Ideally located between central London's Knightsbridge and Kensington districts, the boutique 5-star Milestone Hotel Kensington boasts a resistance pool, a fitness centre, and a luxurious spa. The staff were all very friendly, the facilities were excellent, it was spotlessly clean and we loved staying there over our long weekend. We wanted to stay somewhere a little special and we made a great choice.

The location was perfect to attend an event at the Royal Albert Hall. The rooms were beautiful and well appointed.

Very good breakfast. Location is excellent as its 1 minute walk to District and Picadilly line that has direct connection with Heathrow airport. Especially want to mention Santiago from the Reception and Alicia from the breakfast team that really made us feel welcome and at home as they spoke with us in Spanish.

First of all the staff is great! Very kind and helpful!The hotel is very clean. We had no issues with noise even though we kept the window open during the night. The room was a bit hot for one of us so we got a fan from the staff that did a l great job. The location of the hotel is amazing! There is a bus stop outside the hotel and 2 underground stations nearby, one of them less than 2 minutes away. I have to say that I loved that the staff takes time to reply the comments. You can see how much they care.
