The man working behind the bar when I arrived and the cleaner I saw when leaving were both very helpful, the beds were comfy, room looked lovely and the children loved the pictures on the walls ❤️ my wife left her straighteners behind which the cleaner kept safe until we realised and collected them 🙂 will most definitely book again next trip to London
