The staff were always helpful. The young woman that works at the breakfast buffet sitting people was always a joy to see in the morning. Even the cleaning staff always greeted you with happy good mornings.

Cleanliness and the overall amenities provided. The rooms were very well maintained. Location was prime. View from the 30th floor was amazing.

Fantastic service. Lady at the reception desk was very nice and helpful. The location was excellent with plenty of convenient stores and restaurants in the area. Must importantly the airport bus was close by making it very easy to get to the airport.
