The location is perfect for walking around Dublin and access to shopping, meals/pubs and tourist destinations. We were able to walk to the station and take a trip on the train all the way to Howth and had lunch in Kish Fish and then took a boat ride out. Fantastic day out.

Vicinity to the city center... you can walk around everywhere.. breakfast is wonderful, staff are very friendly. we loved the cute bar and beautiful Christmas tree in the breakfast restaurant
