The best customer service we have ever experienced. The room is simple but very comfortable. Food is excellent! Staff at Salsa are very patient and accommodating. Very close to the beach, about 1 min. Thank you to all staff of Serene, you are very friendly and welcoming. Shoutout to Ms. Mel and Ms. Sid for making our stay very enjoyable. We love every second of our stay there. We will definitely book again!!

We really appreciated the guy who cooked breakfast, cleaned the room and stayed at the reception at night.Kudos to you since you’re a machine. The room was spacious and clean and overall we enjoyed our stay there.
