The hotel is very close to SM Megamall and other shopping centers and restaurants. The staff were very polite and helpful including the guards. They even called a taxi or booked grab cars for us.

Aside from the room and the facilities my family truly enjoyed, the staff were helpful. There was no moment that the staff failed to greet or assist us in whatever way they could. The food was excellent. Special thanks to Reservations Supervisor Hany Jayco, who went out of her way to help us. Our stay was so comfortable and relaxing after going through some difficult times.
