Kind and beautiful receptionist 😊 Very quiet place. I felt like the only guest in the building. Good restaurant next door, fruit sellers nearby and a bank across the road. Stable internet connection. So far the cleanest place I had in Manila in this price category. Normally on all other hotels the pics don't match the reality, but this one does.

The rooms are extremely comfy and clean and equipped with all you need. On the top floor they have a lovely rooftop with a chill area. And the owners are simply amazing and caring. The property does actually show the care these 2 women put in what they do. 100% recommended, I ll be back

The location of the hotel is good, the surroundings are quiet, there is a big SM within a 10-minute walk, it is convenient for shopping, and there are many food and beverage options around. What I am most satisfied with is that during the week I lived, there were no insects in the whole room. There is a water fountain next to the stairs. The Internet is fast most of the time, but it is occasionally disconnected. I had a power outage while I was living, but the staff quickly restored the power.
