The room is perfect: shower, bathroom, bedroom, all is clean and comfortable. The stuff is kind and attentive. I prolonged my staying for one more night wth no problem.

Due to German Roads and Flixbus Reliability we arrived only at 5:00 AM instead of 02:00 AM as expected. We were afraid that we couldn't get enough sleep, because of the checkout at 12:00, but the friendly staff arranged a late checkout.

Very clean, comfy & modern with all you would need for a short or long stay. For my needs it was perfectly situated as I had an appointment 5 minutes walk away. Plenty of local amenities a few minutes walk away! Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Everything is new as it is on the pictures. The owner very friendly and helpful at any time. Definitely will recommend this unit for a holiday stay.
