Stunning views directly from our room. The rooftop pool fabulous as expected. We booked the panormama club room and it turned out to be a decent size room, I was expecting a smaller room from other reviews. Very comfortable beds, huge bathroom and we also used the club benefits having drinks and snacks after check-out as we had a very late flight in the evening.

Nestled within 15 acres of tropical gardens, Shangri-La Singapore offers a hideaway just 7-minutes from the hustle and bustle of Orchard Road. Location is convenient and is close to the center.I liked the morning breakfast served on 24 floor. The staff have been very friendly and helpful.

A lovely stay, but sadly only for one night. We were welcomed with huge smiles and an ice-cream. Perfect after our long, hot journey! Check-in was fast and efficient, the ladies were extremely helpful and we were made to feel at home. We had a room with a huge bed, that bed ! and a great view over Singapore. The next day we checked out at midday but left our baggage at the hotel so we could go off for the day as we had a late night flight. The location is ideal, very close to Orchard road and easy access to the MRT. We returned in the evening and were given access to the swimming pool and showers, which meant we could prepare ourselves for our long flight home. Next time we will stay for more than one night!

Excellent location and friendly staff. Hotel had everything we needed and met our expectations. Would come back.
