I had quite a lot of things I needed their help with and they were all just amazing, patient, understanding, and caring! The hotel is beautifully decorated with various art murals painted by local art students. 10/10 would recommend.

The Quay Hotel is located in a heritage building nestled within the Central Business District and Singapore River. Guests can enjoy meals at the in-house restaurant. Room was nicely decorated and immaculate. Perfect location: busstop right in front of the hotel and close to many tourist attraction sites. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Water gallon on every floor was a nice addition.
