It was a great pleasure to be staying in The Soul Istanbul. All staff were extremely nice, but I would like to specially mention reception staff Baris and our bellboy Nizam as we had the most heartwarming interaction with them during our stay. Baris was warm and welcoming and he introduced us to the region so that we would know our way. He was also attentive enough to notice that it was my birthday upon check-in when I did not mention it at all, and surprised us with a birthday cake. Nizam was very kind and proactive in helping us with our luggage upon checkin and they both ensured our stay was pleasant and comfortable. The both of them are always warm and delightful whenever we come back to the hotel in the evening and made sure that our needs are well met. All these attention to detail is the important factor as to why I will definitely return to this hotel and recommend this hotel to my friends and colleagues . Thank you everyone for the great service and hospitality, we will definitely be back again!

The Fox Hotel er staðsett á hrífandi stað í Sisli-hverfinu í Istanbúl, 1 km frá Taksim-neðanjarðarlestarstöðinni, 1,1 km frá Taksim-torginu og 1,7 km frá Dolmabahce-klukkuturninum. The staff was amazing and super helpful. The hotel was very clean, quiet and well equipped. The breakfast was huge and delicious every morning. I really enjoyed staying at this hotel.
