The entire stay was brilliant. From the lovely, helpful and informative staff at check-in to the clean, modern and great value room. The location cannot be bear - everything you need is on your doorstep, making this a very convenient spot both for staying in the area or for travelling around Taipei.

Set in Taipei and with Taipei Main Station reachable within 1.4 km, Hotel Gracery Taipei offers express check-in and check-out, non-smoking rooms, a shared lounge, free WiFi throughout the property... The location was great as the MTR station is super close. Lots of public transport options bus to everywhere. Check-in and check-out processes were easy. Almost across the street from Huashan 1914 Creative Park. Loved lots of local eating options in alleyways behind the hotel. Plenty of convenient stores around. Very quiet despite being on a main road (the height helps). Breakfast spread was great, lots of both Asian and Continental options. Bathroom and toilet were clean. No everyday cleaning for environmental reasons which I didn't mind. Amenities station for extra things including water was useful. Staff were always smiling and greeting you. I found the mattress comfortable and there are two options for pillows.

Throughout my stay, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and ensure that I had everything I needed. They were attentive, accommodating, and always ready to assist with a smile. I can't think of a single negative aspect of my stay at this hotel. It exceeded my expectations in every way. If you're looking for a 5-star experience, I highly recommend this hotel. I will undoubtedly return for another stay in the future. Overall, this hotel deserves a solid 5-star rating, and I can't wait to return for another unforgettable stay.

Set in Taipei, 400 metres from Taipei Main Station, Roaders Plus Hotel - Taipei Station offers air-conditioned rooms and a shared lounge. Staff were very friendly and responsive. We had chosen a smaller room, but didn’t feel we lacked anything. Appreciated the laundry facilities. Though we weren’t with children, the place looked family friendly. Location is across from main train station and central.

Very clean and very central, just a few minute walk from the Taipei main station. The rooms are simple but they have everything you need. It has been recently renovated as everything looks new and comfortable. Also lovely the free water, coffee, tea, and snacks at the reception desk. The staff is very friendly too. Warmly recommended!
