We booked this for the convenient location but was totally not expecting it to be a full on theme hotel for music lovers. From the moment we checked in till checking out, the front desk was super warm and friendly. The entire hotel felt like a music museum and the room felt like a set from Bohemian Rhapsody. the main highlight has to be the record player in the room where we can rent all the classics to play in the enjoyment of our rooms.

The Peloton bikes there were a great touch. Overall, the hotel is a little old, but has been refreshed to have a modern and comfortable feel.

Wow, the staff at this hotel are just amazing. From the concierge, reception, cleaning as well as the bar staff in the bar downstairs, the service is impeccable and nothing is too much. We stayed for Boston Marathon and you couldn't have had a better location!! Even better, the hotel put on an amazing runners breakfast including bagels, porridge and gu gels! Then after the marathon they put on a finishers party which included lots of great food and drinks. The bar downstairs is great, but the restaurant at the top is bad. The staff are rude and the food is poor, but this restaurant is not run by the same owners as the hotel.

Boasting a bar, Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street, Boston is set in the centre of Boston, 400 metres from Hynes Convention Center. Spacious room with a beautiful view. Service from staff simply amazing. I could not find the slightest fault.

This historic, newly renovated 5-star hotel in downtown Boston was originally the Federal Reserve Bank. It overlooks Norman B. Everything about the Langham seemed to us an updated reminder of luxury hotels of decades ago: dignified entrance, very helpful and attentive staff, top quality accommodations. Above all, there was a personal touch about most staff services.
