Boasting air-conditioned accommodation with a patio, New Contemporary Guest House in Studio City Hills is set in Los Angeles. This is an excellent place to stay. Landlord is very kind and the place is well built and amply supplied. There was even a big jar of Peet's Coffee and a coffee maker, spices for cooking, filtered water in the big fridge. We loved the garden. Peaceful, relaxing. A perfect place to have coffee in the morning or a drink at night. The location is ideal. Close to anything you might want and in a beautiful neighborhood. Excellent value.

Very clean and very nice. Plenty of room for a large group. There is arc and mini fridge in each room and a bathroom on each floor it made for a very convenient stay. Thank you for the coffeemaker! I liked the hot shower. I read some reviews about it being cold. I was worried about that. I let the water run for a few minutes in the shower and it stayed hot the entire time. Location is easy to travel from. Neighborhood is nice in studio city. CBS Studios is across the street.

Close to Highway 101, this accommodation offers comfortable guest rooms and is just minutes Dodger Stadium. An outdoor pool is available. I loved the pool, amazing temperature and place to sunbath. Great location close to shops and restaurant, also close to event locations in Beverly Hills and Hollywood.
